Can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I ran OCC at HOKA UTMB® Mont-Blanc 🏔️

It was without doubt one of the hardest, but best, races I’ve ever done… 57km with 3,500m of elevation. The climbs, descents and altitude were all absolutely brutal

but nothing quite beats the mountain views, incredible scenery and the epic buzz of UTMB week in Chamonix

massive good luck to everyone racing this week 🍀

Huge well done to Polly Harwood for taking on The Intertidal yesterday🏅

A brilliant new addition to the Jersey race calendar, with the challenge to beat the tides from Gorey to St Aubin…

Around 25k of jumping over rocks, sliding across seaweed and being waist deep through water… sounds like an amazing adventure! Massive effort, well done to everyone involved 🌊

This Weekends Long Run with the Sis Kim Rainbow 💁🏼‍♀️

We ran the first 16k of the Jersey Spartan AC route in preparation for 4 weeks time… then a quick shoe change for me before hitting 7k at marathon effort and an easy jog home.

Massive well done to Rainbow Runners Scott & Sam for completing Round the Rock on Saturday with Trail Monkey Running Jersey 🏅

48 miles around our gorgeous island 😍 Both had an amazing build up to the race, we dialled in their race specific preparation to set them both up for a great day out in the heat.

After a fall and a snapped pole, Scott absolutely crushed it, crossing the line in 10:01 🔥

Sam nailed her race strategy, pacing and fuelling, putting together a strong performance to finish in 11:18 🚀

What a day and what an achievement from both of them. So proud to have been part of the build 🙌

Athlete shout outs! 🌈🏃‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️

Javier absolutely crushed his marathon in the Pyrenees with 2500m of elevation 🏔️

Annie has been finding her speed in a 10k road and 5k track race 🚀

Elaine had a killer run at Race to the Wild with some mental elevation 🦍

Chris survived another year at the festival of the mile with some cracking times and beer drinking 🍻

Summer racing is in full swing! It’s hot, it’s humid but everyone is making gains and racing hard 🙌

Funktion x House of Champions RUN CLUB 🏃‍♀️☕️🥐

WEEK 3 😍 what a dream! Another gorgeous Friday morning last week for a 30min walk/run followed by catch ups and ᴅᴀɴᴅʏ ₑₛₜ. ₂₀₁₄ at House of Champions

We’re back this Friday at 7am, meeting at Funktion 🌈 All abilities are welcome, we usually cover anything from 3-5k with both a front and tail runner 🙌

Huge shout out to Rainbow Runner Zena Whiteley for taking on Threshold Trail Series Race to the Stones 100k! 🥇

What an incredible journey of resilience, grit and determination. Even in brutal heat, Z never gave up and kept fighting all the way to the finish.

So proud of everything you’ve put into this training block and how you showed up on race day. A performance to be proud of! 🌈💪

On Friday, we had our second social run club of July…

Some familiar faces and lots of new ones joined us for a 30 minute run/walk around the harbour in the gorgeous sunshine, followed by coffee, banana bread AND cinnamon buns at House of Champions ☕️ from ᴅᴀɴᴅʏ ₑₛₜ. ₂₀₁₄

Can’t thank House of Champions enough for the hospitality and for hosting us at the finish.
