Hi Everyone
Woohoo Classes start back Tues 10th Jan Bangor 7.00pm. I hope you’ve had a fun filled break. Get ready to get into gear. Get rid of all the Christmas calories and spare parts that have stuck to our bodies over the Christmas break. Wake up our body and fill our brain with endorphins.
