This weeks alumni shout out goes to Ashley Elder from The Centred Collective
You’re rocking it Ash 🤍♥️

I was first introduced to Pilates during my early teens, as a young dancer for conditioning and injury prevention.

In 2015, I booked my first professional job as a Dancer, working on board cruise ships and traveling the world. My dream job came to a halt in 2020 and I continued taking Pilates classes for my mental health.

I then started looking into Online Pilates courses and came across Breathe. My time with Breathe allowed me to connect with likeminded passionate people weekly. I am continually learning about movement and love getting updated about the most recent studies from the team.

I’m currently teaching my own online classes and teaching Matwork and Reformer at gunyama park in Sydney. I was acknowledged for my hard work and received a nomination for Fitness Awards Australia 2021.

I’m incredibly passionate about getting bodies moving!! It’s amazing to see clients achieve their fitness goals as well as taking class to benefit their mental health. Stronger mind, Stronger YOU!
