This time we bring to life one of Rabindranath Thakur's (Tagore) most famous poems from his Vaishnav themed collection 'Bhanusimha Thakurer Padavali'.

Last week we had the humbling experience of learning 태평무ㅡTaepyeongmu (Dance of Peace). A dance that wishes for the peace of one's country. Through its soft yet poised movements, it reflects the dynamics of inner stillness and careful breath work.

"Taepyeongmu is designated as one of the Important Intangible Cultural Properties of South Korea. Famous practitioners have included Han Young-suk, designated a Living National Treasure for her performances."

Thank you so much to Aisha from .studio for this incredible honour of sharing such an important part of Korean culture with us.
