It’s been a minute… back on the bike! Let’s go for a shred!

God it felt so good to just put my helmet on, I literally felt like crying just to feel that.

That was also the most fun 🤩 I had in the past 15 weeks.

Ruptured my biceps tendon 14 weeks ago had 1st surgery.

Re-ruptured bíceps tendon and had revision surgery 10 weeks ago.

Last week had my ankle reconstruction surgery, now on this fun 🤩 machine shredding at my lounge 🤣😂😂
