Over 20 years, countless members have walked through the doors and into Gretchen's classes. We asked her to reflect on the moments that made the journey so far so meaningful.
Lords was your very first gym. What does it mean to still be part of the community all these years later?
"I feel very fortunate to have been part of such a great community for 20 years. It's always been a wonderful place to work, both with incredible staff and amazing members. Some of the members in my classes have been coming to Lords since before I was up there on the stage! The regulars are like a little family, and we get to know each other really well."
What's been one of your most memorable RPM memories over the years?
"20 years of memories is a lot, but one recent one is when my regulars got together and chipped in to buy me a large fan for my bike, and surprised me by presenting it to me after class one day...they know how much I sweat!"
