Sunday golf at Stroud Golf Club , saw our club captain ,David Lyall drawn for the 6 metre putt.
It was a great putt , and the healthy crowd on the side line was sure it was to sink in the hole , but sadly missed , and will jackpot again next week.

Greg freeman was the lucky player drawn off today’s putt for cash , valued at a mammoth $265.
Great effort , but the cash is safe , until it jackpots again next week.

Last Sunday , saw Phil Bowen secure his spot in the 6 metre putt for cash , valued at an enormous $255 !!!

Today at the Stroud Golf Club, a large number of competitors participated in a stableford competition. Many players achieved impressive scores, but Dave Lyall was the standout performer, having won the Ross Maybury Memorial Golf Day yesterday. He followed this up with a 2-under-par score off the stick and then won the social darts competition, securing a trifecta.
Congratulations to our club captain.
The winners of today's competition were: Winner:
Dave Lyall (2) 40 points c/b
Runner-up: Joe Sepos jnr (16) 40 points Ball winners:
Luke Worth (8) 39 points, Isaac Sepos (24) 38 points, and Rick Blunt (16) 38 points.
Nearest to the pin (NTP) winners were: 8/17 - Dave Lyall, 2nd 5/14 - Dave Lyall, and 2nd 7/16 - Dave Lyall.
Next Sunday, we will host the Autumn Cup, with a tee time of 7:30 am. We will also hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the golf club on the same day, starting at 7:00 am.

Today , we saw Greg Godwin drawn out for the jackpot putt for cash.
There was some anxious moments leading into the putt, with the value of it at $245 .
Unfortunately missed the putt , and will jackpot again next week.

There were some great scores in the game.

This was the final in the event , and Nigel O’Neil overcame a talented Ken Baldwin 6-5 , to win the 2025 match play.

Today’s stableford competition was run and won.
The putt for cash was drawn , and it was Greg Freeman who was the lucky putter.
Jackpot was $234 , and ended up short.
Jackpots again next week.

Today’s putt for the cash was jackpotted to $214 afated last weeks missed putt.

Today , new member Simon Sepos was the lucky player to have a crack at the cash.

There were limited numbers today in the stableford competition at the Stroud Golf club , due to yesterday’s mammoth numbers at Tilse’s Memorial Day.

But the numbers were enough to to hold the putt for cash, valued at $209.
Rob Bowden was drawn out , in front of a healthy crowd of on lookers , but the ball floated past the hole.
Jackpots again next week.

The Stroud Golf Club hosted the Garry Tilse Memorial Ambrose day today, which proved to be an exceptional day.

A record-breaking 60 players turned up to enjoy the day and engage in one of Garry's preferred sports.

Once the handicap scores were sorted, play commenced.

Several impressive prizes were available, and the winners were:

Winner:
Brad Longbottom, Leanne Tilse, Mark Carroll, and Garry Randall.

Runners-up:
James Sepos, Joseph Sepos, Issac Sepos, and Joe Sepos.

Longest drive ladies: Charlotte Oneill.

Longest drive men's: Jarred Tilse.
