Are you a passionate chef, restaurateur, or catering team looking for your next big venture? The Stroud Country Club is officially opening an Expression of Interest (EOI) for an ambitious food service operator to sublease our restaurant and kitchen facilities starting in early 2027 or possibly earlier.

This is a premium commercial opportunity to step into an equipped space with a built-in, loyal local clientele and a growing market. We want to hear your unique culinary vision and see what you can bring to our vibrant community hub.
What we are looking for in your brief EOI & Business Case:
👉 Your Story: Hospitality background and track record.
👉 Your Concept: Food style, menu vision, and target pricing structure.
👉 Your 2027 Value: What makes your brand the perfect match to elevate the Club experience.
👉 Operations: Current Club operating days & hours however open to further growth and partnering opportunities. Currently seats +75 people in a sperate Restaurant and dining area with a spectacular view.
