The BOOTS & BUCKLES BASH would not be possible without the tireless efforts of so many community volunteers and the generosity of certain businesses that help to grow it into the successful event for our town that it continues to be.
From everyone at The Stroud Country Club, the very biggest thanks go to the following people and businesses for their valued contributions:
• FATLINE PRODUCTIONS - Johnny Lee has been instrumental in creating a professional level event on stage the last two years for us at The Bash with his expert knowledge, skill and top shelf sound and lighting set up. Our bands always love working with you. Thanks again Johnny & Jack for this year!
• TOP TRANSPORT AUSTRALIA - each year have donated trucks and drivers to transport equipment & staging, without it The Bash wouldn’t have happened.
• WDA TRANSPORT - Supplying the trailer which was transformed into our biggest stage to date.
• SCOTT BILLINGTON - Supplied his truck, tractor & time to collect items and load/unload equipment from trucks.
• TODD EVANS ELECTRICAL - Sponsor of the Mechanical Bull.
• MCFADYEN’S FIREWOOD - Donated all the firewood for our big fire pits and kept our big crowd warm on what was a very chilly evening.
• BARRINGTON SIGNS & TROPHIES - Supplying all of our incredible signage (and installing it) merchandise, advertising, staff vests & trophy prizes. They’ve turned the entire look of our event into such a professional one!
• AGREKKO - Donated our two enormous generators to keep our stage and food trucks running all night.
• YANCOAL - Generous donation to assist with our community event
• FINLEY MECHANICAL - Building the amazing stage this year, organising all transport, generator donation, and so much more!
• OUR AMAZING COURTESY BUS DRIVERS - The biggest thanks to our drivers that safely picked up and delivered home all of those country music fans late into the night. Thank you to Darryl, Daniel & Gordon. Amazing job!
• ELAINE HOLDEN - Our beautiful soloist that opened the show and wowed us all with that voice once the doors were open and our crowd started to arrive, what a wonderful way to start a fantastic festival!
• VOLUNTEERS - We are forever grateful to each of the volunteers from our community that stepped in to assist us.
• BOARD OF DIRECTORS - Last but certainly not least, our amazing board members that work and work so tirelessly for our community club behind the scenes for months and ensured everything that needed to be done to make this event a success was done! Congratulations to you all for such a fantastic event and a night everyone will be raving about for a long time to come.
