Term.3. Dance Flow - Mindful Movement
Dancing through the Chakras 🌈 this winter. 🌧🌦🌈💃💖

✨️ WOMENs & School age KIDs fortnightly MINDFUL MOVEMENT & MEDITATION sessions run every 2nd Saturday during school terms with Bernadette Louise ♡

Approx. 4 x fortnightly Saturday Mornings per term 😍

✨️All fitness levels welcome.
✨️No experience needed.

There's a bit of a 'bellydance' vibe with the music for the Women's Chakra dance session 🌈 ~ I've chosen some really beautiful grounding & earthy tracks to move through 👣
- We'll also be dancing with colourful veils towards the end! 👌✨️

MINDFUL MOVEMENT is a gentle exercise class with a Holistic approach to your wellbeing 🙏 😍💖

Bernadette will gently guide you,
every step of the way.

This Saturday 1st August.
Womens session: 10am (50 min) $20pp
School age kids: 11am (30min) $10pp
