Wednesday's Cleans...

Why do we do the clean?

In the strength and conditioning world the clean stand almost unmatched for its ability to produce power with heavy loads. Whilst it lacks some of the technical complexity of the sn**ch it provides far more difficulty, and therefore benefit, than a standalone deadlift or squat.
