Thank you to all the parkrunners, including the 146 finishers and 30 volunteers, who joined us for Shellharbour parkrun event #572. Without you, this event would not have been possible.

Shellharbour parkrun is not a race, but it's a great way to challenge yourself. These stripy little tickets are your passport to free, fun, and friendly weekly events all over the world and also carry contact details in case of an emergency. parkrun barcode wristbands also have medical information, which you can take with you wherever you exercise.
Since Shellharbour parkrun started 13,448 brilliant parkrunners have had their barcodes scanned, and a grand total of 103,955 finishers have covered a total distance of 519,775 km, while celebrating 13,015 personal bests. We shall always be grateful to each of our 987 wonderful volunteers for their contributions.
We'll be back next week for another free, fun, and friendly weekly 5km community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you.
