AWAKEN: OUTLAST — SEASON ONE IS HERE

Things are about to get a little competitive across Awaken… 👀

5 studios. 5 tribes. 6 weeks. ONE winning tribe.

For six weeks, you’ll represent your home studio, earn points, take on weekly challenges, hunt for hidden idols and help your tribe climb the leaderboard.

HOW DO YOU EARN POINTS?

🙌 SHOW UP
Every class = 1 point for your tribe.

🔥 TAKE ON THE WEEKLY CHALLENGE
Complete it = 5 points for your tribe.
Challenge points can be claimed once per week.

🗿 FIND THE HIDDEN IDOL
Be the first tribe to find it and DOUBLE your tribe's entire points for that week.

And remember… NO TICK = NO POINT! Your classes and challenges need to be marked on your studio's Challenge Tracker to count.

HOW TO REGISTER 👇

Find the OUTLAST Challenge Tracker in your studio and add your name to the board.

That's it. You're in.

From there, every time you attend a class, tick it off beside your name. Complete the weekly challenge? Mark that off too. You are responsible for making sure your points are recorded.

And this isn't only about who can earn the most points…

We'll also be watching for our SPIRIT OF OUTLAST — the member at each studio who gets amongst it, wears their tribe colours, cheers everyone on, takes on the challenges and brings some serious tribe energy.

You don't have to be the strongest.
You don't have to be the fittest.

You just have to SHOW UP. GET INVOLVED. AND BACK YOUR TRIBE.

Pilates isn’t about rushing through the reps 

It’s about slow, controlled movement — and then adding just enough challenge to make your body work a little harder.

This roll back is the perfect example. Start with the movement, find the control, then layer in the add-ons as you’re ready.

More challenge doesn’t have to mean moving faster or doing more.

Sometimes it means slowing it right down, staying in control and making every part of the movement count. 

That’s where the magic happens

A little sneak peek of what’s coming for OUTLAST

Yesterday we got together to plan, test and record some of the weekly challenges… and there was definitely plenty of laughing along the way 

We had so much fun putting these together and may have got slightly competitive ourselves 

We’re not giving too much away just yet… but let’s just say, OUTLAST is going to be FUN.

Registrations start Monday, will you be joining us?

I’ve got a feeling it’s going to be a GOOD week

Because mine looks a little like this 
A little Reformer.
Some relaxing Yoga.
More Reformer.
A touch of on-demand.
Maybe a sauna.
And plenty of time to feel good, then I will put it on repeat

Different day, different way to move — you just have to decide…

I have been a member of Awaken Pilates Ashby since they first opened, and it is easily the best part of my daily routine. I attend at least 5 to 7 classes a week, and the results have been incredible - my back feels so much stronger and my body is noticeably more toned.

The entire team is fabulous!! Every instructor is professional, welcoming, and creates such a supportive environment. Whether you are a beginner or a regular, they make you feel right at home. If you are looking for a studio with a great community and real results, I couldn't recommend Awaken Ashby enough :-)
