My second baby...being a busy mum to my beautiful boy I wanted to create something for the busy women out there who live the juggle of balancing kids, work, study and fitness everyday. My love for Movement and in particular dance started many years ago when I was young living in Scotland. I continued over the years and still love dance today as much as I did back then. So when I moved to Perth I w

as over the moon to find an amazing workout that combined dance inspired moves and fitness into one - The Jungle Body. I started as a participant 6 years ago and have been qualified as an instructor for over 5 years now. My current class in Cockburn has been a goal of mine for some time. The space at the Cockburn Youth Centre is amazing - the lights are low, the music loud and the vibe is electric! I love that no matter what is going on in my daily life of being a mum I can turn up and dance it out with an amazing bunch of guys and girls and forget it all! It's an opportunity to just be ME and I want to share that with as many of you as possible! There is something amazing about working out in the dark, we lose our inhibitions, we burn calories and we smile lots! I chose to formalise my qualifications and pursue my passion in 2020 and formalise my skills in fitness to become a women’s fitness coach and personal trainer. I started The MVMT Collective with one goal - to get MUM's MOVING! I know from my own experience balancing fitness as a mum can become more and more challenging when we have little people to look after. Too many times we put others first and sometimes forget how important we are too! Also you don't have to be a mum! In this day in age the expectations of females within the workplace and at home can be high...so I am all about flexible and fun options to suit the modern day woman! With a range of options available in including 1:1 personal training, small group PT, Bootcamp and Jungle Body group fitness I really feel I have something for everyone!

What started as a passion for helping women move their bodies has become something so much bigger. A community. A safe space. A tribe of women who show up for themselves and each other.

Every class attended, every sweaty high five, every message you’ve sent, every person you’ve referred has played a part in this journey.

So if The MVMT Collective, my Jungle Body classes, and our community has ever made a positive impact on your life, I’d love your support. I don’t typically ask but what a way to keep the celebrations of ten years of instructing if we could bring home an award too! And I know I’m late to the party….but hey better late than never! 😆

A place for little (and big) ones to connect.
To move, explore and create.
To build confidence through music, movement and play.

No pressure.
No perfect routines.
Just a safe, supportive space where kids can be themselves, burn some energy and have fun ✨

Designed for ages 2–5 and their grown ups, these sessions are all about movement, music and magic.

Starting May 13
Wednesdays 10:15am
