It’s always great getting out into nature. And this morning, we even saw a couple of kangaroos bouncing through the bush.

I clearly haven’t done enough squats planting out new Verdelho vines this week 🤣
On the plus side, this mornings body pump class did help me stretch out my muscles and work a few other muscle groups too 💪🏻

Yesterday we had our first pick of the season and today we are crushing and pressing!

I’ll certainly be getting my steps in and weights lifted over the coming few months 💪🏻

Now that I’m back at work and getting back into a routine, it’s time to start planning some me time!
