R U OK?

We ask you not just today but every day.
R U OK?? Here at I am woman I am Warrior we are very passionate about mental health it is very close to our hearts and is one of the biggest reasons why IAW.IAW was created.

About 8 weeks ago I started my new journey of Health, Mind, Body and Soul. I reached out and ask for help because I was NOT OK! I was suffering from terrible anxiety and a few other things after going through a couple of really tough years. This wasn't the first time that I had suffered with this sort of thing throughout my life it has been an on and off battle. Little did I know my life was about to change in the most positive way!

It was through reconnecting with Caitlin Field and then JP+ community and all of their amazing people.
With their love, support and encouragement and also the love and support from my little boy, close friends and family this has helped me come so far in such a little time. Not only am I in a much better mind space my anxiety is 90% better I've started an online business that I'm doing well in and sticking to.

My confidence has blossomed so much I'm feeling healthier than I have in a long time and I truly feel alive again I look forward to the future instead of being scared of the future.

One of the best things is I get to be the best Mummy I can be and my little boy (who is my world) gets to see his Mummy be happy, strong, successful and empowering.💙

Mental health is one of the biggest parts along with many other aspects of what IAW.IAW is about we want to be able to help and empower people to overcome tough situations and inspire people to know it is OK to reach out for help and to step out of your comfort zone and say yes to opportunities.

DONT STAY stuck in your own mind, please talk to someone.
