2 WINS FROM 3 LAST NIGHT
🔴⚫️🔴⚫️

Well done to the team yesterday on another massive long day of boxing..

First in for us was Lokman backing it up fighting for the second time in consecutive days against another great opponent.. Lokman took hope the win in a decision win that saw him take that nice Golden gloves belt home with him… top stuff mate 🥊

Up next was big brother Hasan our team captain against a great opponent we knew was going to bring a non stop fight from the opening bell… This was the case, Hasan though joked a great fight landing some lovely punches throughout all 3 rounds taking a unanimous decision.. well done mate 🥊

Up 3rd for us was Yusuf, also in his second fight for the weekend… Great in and out boxing all 3 rounds mate and very unlucky not to get that win going down in a split decision loss!
Chin up mate, keep the ball rolling as you boxed fantastic🥊

Also just a mention to Josh Kovacs who represented our gym in the masters division with coach Pep yesterday taking out the win… well done mate..

Along with our mate from Boxing Victoria Chris Conboy who we looked after again.. Chris took out the open golden gloves state title and went back to Victoria with a nice belt round his waist… well done mate 🥊

Massive thanks as always goes to Coach Carter, hats off to you mate 🥊 with the help of his team of coaches that’s growing all the time with Coach Rinto, Allen Louis & Megan… your hard work and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed!

A very long night of boxing last night that.. finished just before midnight saw wins go to Lokman & Yusuf.. unfortunately no wins for Moey, Zain & Dom but all 3 put in great performances and showed how much they have been improving…

Big thanks to everyone who came out and supported the club.. massive thanks to Coach Carter, Rinto, Louis, Allen & Megan last night…

Today we have 4 on in the finals in Hasan, Lokman, Yusuf & Josh so get stuck in boys I’m sure you will do well 🥊

Good luck to Hasan, Lokman, Zain, Yusuf, Dom, Moey all boxing over the weekend in the Wa state Golden, Silver & Bronze gloves!

Coach Carter has had the boys training the house down the last few weeks, so put all that hard work you’ve done in the gym into your fights lads🥊

Saturday night we have 5 boxers on in semi finals with Hasan already in a straight final Saturday night.. Get stuck in boys 🥊

Also due to the absolute massive record number of BWA boxers that nominated, our masters boxers that were competing this weekend Danryl and Houssam have had their bouts pushed back to two weeks later on the 3rd October

Great performance by Bryce last night in a very entertaining fight from start to finish against a great opponent.. Unfortunately Brycey went down in a close split decision loss.. Chin up mate you boxed very well!
Well done to his opponent on the win, I’m sure another bout will be on the cards in the future 🥊
As always a massive thanks to Coach Carter & Rinto.. Along with everyone who came down to support the club..
All focus is now for 3 weeks time as we have a mountain number of people boxing on the Golden, Silver & Bronze gloves.. All from schoolboys, Juniors, youths, seniors, elites and the old fossil masters too!
