We are opening our doors for a Community Moves Weekend, and everyone's invited!

This Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 come and feel the vibes, community, energy and feel good movement, with free classes running all weekend at our CorePlus Geelong, Torquay and Ocean Grove studios.

Meet Damien.

He first came to CorePlus to support his running after signing up for an endurance race, looking for strength, balance and the kind of movement that would help him go the distance.

What he found was a whole new rhythm.

Now Pilates is part of his week in a big way, helping him work the muscles running can often leave behind and supporting the way he trains, recovers and moves.

And yes - the hot mat challenge he set himself in this video? Completed.

Meet Charlie.

He started coming to CorePlus Ocean Grove six months ago, swapping parts of his gym routine for Pilates and quickly realised it was a very different kind of challenge.

The slow holds. The added weights. The way your muscles fatigue faster than you expect.

For Charlie, it’s also been a shift his body has welcomed, helping him move in a way that feels better for his shoulders and supports the way he wants to train long-term.

Something special has been happening in our CorePlus Ocean Grove studio.
