Nudgee Golf Club Incorporated The Friendly Club - Open 7 Days. Located off Gateway highway at Nudgee. Nudgee Golf Club's 36 hole complex originated in the late 1920's.

The Golf Club was formed in 1930 and the original clubhouse built shortly after. The Club progressively grew, creating a new 18 hole layout, opened in 1950, and a further nine holes opened in 1964, with the final nine holes added in 1991, forming the two championship courses that exist today. The Club has previously hosted two Queensland Opens, the Australasian PGA Tour School, and a number of Nat

ional, State and district events. From Friday 26th September 2014 our South Golf Course will be changed to an interim layout to make way for Main Roads to upgrade the Gateway Motorway. The South Golf Course will have 14 individual holes with 4 holes to be played twice to make up 18. The golf club wishes to apologise for the inconvenience whilst the Motorway project is under construction.

Cameron Smith making his mark on Kurrai.

A look back at one of the highlights from Sunday’s final round at the 2024 QLD PGA, with Cameron Smith opening his round with a birdie on the 1st hole of our Kurrai Course.

We’re looking forward to welcoming the QLD PGA back to Nudgee this November, from the 19th–22nd.

A little July recap so far…

What a fantastic few days at Nudgee Golf Club as we proudly hosted the 2026 Queensland Junior Amateur Championship

A huge congratulations to all the players who competed throughout the championship. It was great to see so much talent, determination and sportsmanship on display, with some outstanding golf played across the week.

Before the first tee shot is struck, our Course Team has already been hard at work.

While most of Brisbane is still asleep, the team is out in the dark preparing Kurrai for the final round of the Queensland Junior Championship. Their dedication, attention to detail and pride in presenting the course at its very best is what makes weeks like this possible.

A huge thank you to our incredible Course Team for everything they do behind the scenes. Good luck to all competitors taking on the final day.
