For more than 20 years, located in Newstead, we have offered Yoga classes and courses giving people the tools to find peace, health and happiness within themselves. The studio itself, with surrounding gardens and mango trees, offers a spacious practicing environment, gentle, caring i

nstruction and qualified teachers from the International Yoga in Daily Life Organisation. We offer Casual/Drop-in classes as well as a variety of courses, workshops, retreats and special events to inspire and awaken the Yogi/Yogini within you. On site are 5 car parks, two out front and three out back in the Proe street drive way. The style of Yoga comes organically from our lineage ashrams in Rajasthan India where for generations, the teachings have been practiced and naturally passed on. We do not heat the studio, nor have we altered the original practice of Yoga in any way. Please feel welcome at any time during business hours to visit the studio, sit and enjoy the garden oasis and check out the Yoga shop for books, mats, malas (rudraksha and gemstone), meditation shawls and many other items to help you on your journey. What a beautiful and deeply nourishing day we spent in a circle of women last Sunday, sharing wisdom on hormones, the nervous system, and yoga practices to support our health and wellbeing.

Together we explored the sacred feminine through yantra, mantra, fire ceremony, connection, nourishment, and so much more — creating a space of healing, learning, and heartfelt community.

A Blood Moon illuminates what has been hidden. It invites release, awareness, and deep transformation. But rather than focusing only on letting go, this meditation will guide us somewhere even deeper…
