🖤 Mental Health Black Jersey Round 🖤
Saturday June 20 Passmore Oval.

Some battles aren't visible.
Some smiles hide pain.
Some of the strongest people you know are carrying the heaviest burdens.

This Black Jersey Round, we wear black to stand together, break the stigma, and remind every player, volunteer, supporter and family member that it's okay not to be okay and it's okay to ask for help.

Mental health affects all of us.

In Australia:
🖤 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental health disorder in any given year.
🖤 Around 43% of Australians will experience a mental health disorder at some point in their lifetime.

Rugby is more than a game. It's a community. A family. And families look after each other.

If you're struggling, know that you don't have to face it alone.

Sometimes the most powerful words we can say are:
"Are you okay?"
And the bravest words we can hear are:
"I'm not okay."

This round, let's stand shoulder to shoulder not just on the field, but in life.

Our FN4 Boys head to No. 2 Sportsground tonight to take on the Griffins in a big clash.

SATURDAY: Home at The Nest

Come down and get behind our Premier Women and Premier Men as they defend home turf against Southern Beaches in the Men and kicking off the day at 11:50am are our women who will play Scone.

Like many clubs across Australia, Hamilton Hawks Rugby Club has been deeply affected by mental health challenges.

We've lost mates. We've stood beside teammates through their darkest days. We've seen firsthand that mental health doesn't discriminate.

That's why it's time to break the stigma.

Join us for our Mental Health Awareness Luncheon as we launch our Mental Health Awareness Round a day to raise awareness, start important conversations, and remind everyone that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

This year, we're proud to support the message, encouraging everyone to check in on the people around them. A simple phone call or conversation could make all the difference.

We have plenty of Hawks Juniors Coaches, Players and families heading all over the state for the Junior State Championships.

Good luck to all of our amazing Junior players and Coaches as they represent not only Hunter Wildfires but multiple other zones today.
