🍩✨ POWER PLAYER OF THE WEEK – ROUND 7 ✨🍩

We're still not sure what moved further this week... the ball or the players! 🌬️😂

With the wind making every pass, shot and centre pass an adventure, our juniors had to dig deep, adapt and keep competing. Sometimes netball isn't about playing your best game — it's about finding a way when conditions aren't on your side. 💪

Congratulations to this week's Power Players for rising to the challenge and showing great resilience out on court. A big thank you to Specialty Donuts & Muffins for helping us celebrate our amazing juniors each week 🍩

Now enjoy the week off, and we'll see everyone back on court ready for Round 8!

What’s with the arms and wrists this year?! 😅🤕
A couple of our players might be sidelined for now, plus one brave first-timer got the full netball experience early 😂 but one thing we love at Narellan is the commitment to still be part of the team.
Some are getting early access to club gear to wear with pride, some are stepping into assistant coaching roles, and others are giving umpiring a crack 👏
One thing’s for sure… you won’t miss the bright colours on court this season🤣
A huge thank you to Bounce Back Physiotherapy and Osteopathy, who have taken a genuine interest in helping our injured players and their recovery. The care, advice and support they’ve shown — without needing to — says a lot about the kind of community-focused business they are 🙌

💜 Domestic Violence Awareness Round – Saturday 23 May 💜

We’re turning the courts purple in support of SayNo2DV. Wear something purple and help us raise awareness for an important cause in our community 💜

SAVE THE DATE!

On Saturday 23 May, we’re proud to once again host our DV Awareness Day in partnership with Camden Police Area Command and SayNo2DV Camden / Wollondilly Domestic Violence Committee.

The aim of the day is to raise awareness among local families and fundraise to support the vital work of the committee within our community.

We’re turning the netball courts into a sea of purple! Players, committee members, spectators - everyone is encouraged to wear something purple to show their support. Think socks, headbands, face paint, ribbons.

💜 Gold coin donations are encouraged
💜 Camden Police Area Command Crime Prevention Unit will be onsite
💜 Face & nail painting + other activities
💜 $1 from every coffee sold will go to the Camden Wollondilly Domestic Violence Committee

We gave yesterday to the mums — and rightly so. Now it’s time to celebrate another group of juniors showing what being a Power Player is all about 💪

It’s not always the biggest moments that matter most. Sometimes it’s the encouragement after a mistake, the effort when things get tough, or the confidence to keep trying. Those qualities deserve to be recognised 🌟
