ππ€ MEN'S HEALTH WEEK 2026 π€π
This week, Apollo Football Club is proud to support Men's Health Week and help raise awareness about the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of men and boys.
Men's Health Week is an opportunity to encourage conversations, check in with mates, and remind each other that looking after your health is just as important as looking after your fitness.
Statistics continue to show that men are often less likely to seek help, talk about their struggles, or prioritise their own wellbeing. Whether it's mental health, physical health, stress, relationships, or simply feeling overwhelmed, reaching out and having a conversation can make a real difference.
As a football club, we're more than just teammates on a pitch. We're a community that looks out for one another. A simple chat, a check-in, or asking "How are you really going?" can have a bigger impact than you might realise.
This Men's Health Week, we encourage all our players, members, supporters, and families to take a moment to focus on their health and wellbeing, and to check in on the people around them.
π It's okay to ask for help.
π It's okay to talk.
π It's okay to not be okay.
