Unfortunately there is NO Chair Based Yogi and Tai Chi tomorrow (Friday 11th Sept.) as we were unable to secure the venue.
But we are back again the following week!

Want to try a new sport, one that is totally inclusive, and heaps of fun. Yes you don’t have to be in a wheelchair to play. You can be shown how to manoeuvre a chair and then let your talents shine.
We need able bodied people as those with disabilities to get this sport happening here.
Boccia (Bowls) will also be available for anyone to play. This is great for anyone with limited mobility as you can play standing up or seated.
It is also our chance to introduce SILC (Sports Inclusive Limestone Coast), and tell you about the exciting sports we are having come and tries for over the next few months.
Our chair based gentle exercises will be starting in a few weeks, and anyone is invited to come along, suits all ages and can be done standing up if you wish.
We are also having a Swish Table Tennis made, which we are thrilled is being built locally for us.
