Phase Coaching & Wellness Group Fitness classes in Monto My name is Bec Glasgow. My group exercise sessions are challenging, yet fun (well, that is my aim!!).

I am the wife of a wonderful man, the mother of 4 beautiful children and I am a qualified and registered Fitness Instructor & Group Exercise Instructor. They are open to any fitness level and I encourage everybody to work at their own maximum. I love bringing my passion for fitness to you and I want to teach you that fitness is fun, you can fit exercise in and that you will be glad that you made the effort to do so. Three rules..... be nice, work hard and have fun.

My client lost 40 lbs. Gained it all back. Twice.

"I hate myself after every workout," he finally admitted.

Exercise was his punishment for eating.

He used the gym as penance for pizza and running as atonement for beer.

For 15 years, this cycle:

Punish → Lose weight → Burn out → Quit → Gain it back

Then his 8-year-old daughter asked: "Why do you hate going to the gym, Dad?"

That question broke him.

We changed one thing:

Exercise became a celebration, not a punishment.

"I GET to move" replaced "I HAVE to burn calories."

"My body can do this" replaced "I ate too much."

Same workouts. Different brain.

18 months later:
- Down 50 lbs (stayed off)
- Stays active 6x/week (loves it)
- Runs with his daughter
- PR'd his deadlift at 48

His exact words: "I spent 15 years in gym prison. Now it's my playground."

The weight stays off when you stop punishing yourself for living.

Movement is medicine.
Not penance.

Your body is a gift.
Not a problem to fix.

It’s kick off time!!

Group sessions start this evening at 5:30pm.

We are spending the first few weeks focussing on the basics, so it’s a great time to start!!

Never been to a group exercise session before (or it’s been a long while)…??

That’s okay!!! We all start somewhere and our crew is very supportive and welcoming. You have nothing to worry about 🙂. I’ve got you. X

After a delayed start to 2026 for our Group Fitness Sessions, I am so excited to say that we are back and ready and rearing to go!!

Classes will commence at 5:30pm on Tuesday 10/03/2026 (this week!!).

A little bit about us:

We focus on holistic health & fitness and functionality.

Our Phase crew is filled with fabulous ladies (and some gents too!) all with different goals, all with different pathways towards those goals but with one common objective.... sustainable, quality movement, fun in fitness and a great environment.

A little bit about our sessions:

All sessions are modifiable. All fitness levels, provided you have appropriate medical clearance can participate.

We are focusing on Building the Basics over the next 8 weeks.

To achieve this, at this stage, I am offering 2 x evening sessions per week as per attached schedule.

1 x early morning session will be offered IF there is enough interest in the timeslot. Please put your hands up if this is you!

If you think you might keen to join or come and see what we are all about, you are absolutely welcome to do so!
