As most of you are aware our next little treasure is arriving soon! I’ve made the decision to do one more week of Pump and PT sessions before I rest and soak up these last moments as a family of 3!
I will be offering online coaching while I am off and recovering if this is something that you are after please reach out!
Hopefully I will be back with some circuit based classes once I have recovered and settled in with a new drill sergeant in toe! 🥰
