🏐 MDNA CHALLENGE #2

This week we're working on reaction speed, agility and changing direction… but we're making it a game!

Grab a parent, sibling or friend and stand facing each other.

They point left, right, forward or back and you have to react and move in that direction as quickly as you can.

Once you've got the hang of it... 😈 add some fakes!

Can you watch closely and react to the actual movement without getting caught out?

🏐 Just like on court, don't be fooled by every little movement!

It was so great to see the MDNA canteen buzzing and the BBQ firing on Thursday night! 🔥🍔

A huge shoutout to JD's Meats for getting behind our BBQ and supporting the club. We really appreciate your support! 👏💙💛

And of course, a massive THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers who made it all happen... organising the canteen, manning the BBQ and serving up dinner and snacks to our hungry netball crowd! 🙌

Our club simply wouldn't run without the people and local businesses who get behind us.

💍 Remove ALL jewellery - jewellery cannot be taped over.

✂️ Have short fingernails - please check before heading to the courts!
