Years ago, as a Surfing Instructor I loved seeing the transformation of people as they felt the freedom and power of the ocean. Through thousand of years of humans living in the natural environment, despite the change in modern humans there is still a part of us that feels at home in nature. People of all ages can experience the joy of climbing in a tree too. It can actually (unsurprisingly) boost
your immune system and healing abilities. We work with CERES (Centre for Education and Research in Environmental Strategies), several more parks, festivals and school camps (soon) to support and encourage people to enjoy and interact with nature.
:: Want to come tree climbing? Contact me here for more details. You can join in planned session days and times (see CERES.org.au also) to climb trees we've selected specially, using tree-friendly and safe Arboriculture climbing practices (all demonstrated by an instructor - no experience needed). Any level fitness is ok (my 92 y.o grandpa loved it, and even 2 y.o kids love a swing), all gear provided. Wear closed shoes and casual clothes. Great for de-stressing, challenge or relaxation, being part of nature and taking time out.
