Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It focuses on small, isometric movements and high repetitions to tone, strengthen, and improve flexibility. You’ll love the burn!
Our unique spin on a Pilates reformer class will leave you feeling strong and empowered, whatever level of experience you arrive with. Expect to have fun (well, our version of fun!)
