Congratulations to our incredible student Noah Cosgriff on being selected to compete in the prestigious Prix de Lausanne next year. Noah has also been selected for the finals in New York for Youth American Grand Prix 2024. We are so proud of Noah and cannot wait to see him dance in these international competitions.

Welcome to AACB (previously known as Australian Conservatoire of Ballet) Jenna Roberts former Principal dancer with The Birmingham Royal Ballet and currently Principal dancer with The Australian Ballet have become the new directors of the school. We look forward to giving back the knowledge we have learnt from our careers as students with The Royal Ballet School and then onto professional companies. We want our students to have long healthy careers in dance and have implemented these into our school by having an onsite pilates studio to help with injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as having sports psychologist workshops throughout the year. We have a dedicated staff of teachers from all over the world who have had successful careers and are here to nurture the students and bring out the best in them. We are accepting mid Year students. Two New workouts up on the Membership. I took a little break over the Xmas holidays, but am back and have been filming new workouts for the membership. These lates workouts can be done as a circuit X2-3 rounds or just on their own as a single workout. You will definitely feel it and work up a sweat. I hope you enjoy.

Bad news! My computer has crashed so is in getting fixed😔 which means I am unable to upload workouts this week. But on the plus side it gives me more time to record some for the membership. With over 100 workouts on the membership I’m sure you have enough to pick from for now. Thankyou for being so patient. The joys of technology.
