My first venture into Coach Education through my own business Life In Play. I’m very passionate about educating the next generation of coaches throughout our rugby league community. Many thanks to the Pakenham Eels for hosting me and for the great energy and enthusiasm from their coaches who attended the workshop.

🏉 Thank You, Kim Williams – Life In Play
Yesterday we were lucky to have Kim Williams from Life in Play run his Community Club Coach Program with our coaching group and it was a brilliant session.
Kim brought a wealth of experience and a really down‑to‑earth approach, focusing on what matters most at community level: creating positive learning environments and helping coaches build sessions that actually engage and inspire players. His practical examples, open discussion style, and genuine passion for developing people made the workshop incredibly valuable.
A huge thank you to the 15 coaches who showed up, asked questions, shared ideas, and invested their time into becoming better for our players and our club. Your commitment is what strengthens our culture.
Kim, thank you for giving our coaches tools they can use straight away, and for reminding us that great coaching is about connection, clarity, and care.
