Whoa! Happy first day of summer! New month = new goals! One more month left of the year, let's make it one to be proud of! Find a goal- something you've wanted to do.. Take more photos, cook more at home, save more money, grow a fruit tree, get fitter, make a goal and take steps every day to achieve. Also.. Lift! 💪🏽Because muscle burns calories! And God knows we'll be having a lot of those this month 😍🍒🍾 give this leg workout a shot the day after a GREAT dinner.. Work off that food hangover 😷 Maybe that's even tomorrow 😉
