If you have been thinking about trying Reformer Pilates, we are offering a FREE first class at Leap Pilates in Mount Waverley.

Leap Pilates is a welcoming small group Reformer studio located inside Leap Healthcare, a Physiotherapy clinic dedicated to movement and wellbeing. Our classes are fitness focused and designed to build strength, improve posture, and boost overall confidence.

With only four Reformers our classes feel personal. Every session is tailored to your body, goals, and ability. Beginners are completely welcome and we love helping people get started.

If you want to move with purpose, feel stronger, and enjoy the process we would love to have you in the studio.

If you want to feel more confident and clear when you move, 1 to 1 Reformer Pilates is such a good way to start!

Private sessions let you slow things down, learn the basics properly and build strength at a pace that feels right for your body.

They are also great if you are brand new to Pilates, working around an injury or have certain goals you want support with. Everything is guided and personalised so you always feel comfortable and know exactly what to do.

A simple beginner friendly glute exercise that feels controlled and safe.

Small movement. Slow tempo. Big focus on stability.

1. Press out gently and control the return.
2. Keep your hips stacked and your ribs soft.
3. This helps you build strength around your hips and improve lower body alignment.

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share our current offer at Leap Pilates Studio in Mount Waverley.

Until December 6, we’re offering unlimited Reformer Pilates classes for $59 per week. This will increase to $89 per week, but if you join before then, you’ll be locked into the $59 rate ongoing.

If you want to move away from big group classes and have someone actually focus on your goals, this might be perfect for you. Our classes are small with only four people, and because I’m the only instructor, I get to know your body, how you move, and what you want to work on. It’s a calm and supportive space for all levels.
