COMMUNITY 🖤
Yoga means so many things to me but community is definitely high on the list. A couple of gorgeous women who were at my class on Monday gathered a group of their friends from all over the city to come to my foundations class last night. It was so special to see and be part of their little community. I’m grateful to teach and share the practice of yoga which has impacted me is pretty profound ways. I teach in the hope I can support others to discover the rewards of the practice 💕
