✨ Timetable Update ✨
From June 15th, we’re introducing two exciting new classes to the timetable: Endurance and Stretch & Mobility.
We’ve also made a few timetable adjustments to better accommodate our members and create more training opportunities throughout the week.
-Endurance 🏃♂️
A high energy class designed to improve fitness, stamina, and overall cardiovascular conditioning. Using a mix of functional movements, cardio equipment, and interval training, you’ll work through longer working periods that keep you moving and building resilience. Suitable for all fitness levels.
-Stretch & Mobility 🙆♂️
Improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery with guided stretching and movement exercises. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this class can help reduce muscle tightness, improve posture, prevent injuries, and help you move and feel better both in and out of the gym. Best of all this class is just half an hour, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.
