To all current existing MFC members,

First and foremost, Wewould like to express my utmost gratitude to all our members past & present for your understanding, patience and loyalty to MFC. You all have been more than just a business transaction exchange. We greatly value you all for your belief & commitment to our way of training & philosophy. To this end, I will continue to commit and serve this utmost importance.

All that being said, I am pleased to announce MFC closure at 53 Wattle Road Maidstone Venue and moving out process has now been officially completed. MFC has now signed up with AGEIS Gym, Fitness Centre in Maidstone - 5B / 98 Hampstead Rd, Maidstone VIC 3012 (https://www.aegisgym.com.au) to maintain PT services first and foremost to all existing MFC members to continue and complete their training regimen. MFC PT service has been committed to commence officially on Monday, 14th November 2022 at the new training facility listed above.

The process of recommencing your PT training regimen at the new facility will be outlined and detailed, including new fees structure , via email notification to each individual existing members prior to end of the week. Thereafter, We will be endeavour to contact all existing members individually to consult and discuss appropriate options of training recommencement or training withdrawal if so desired. So please keep an eye on the email among the junkmail box just in case.

Moving forward from here, We do look forwards to coming back to training you all at the new facility.

To all MFC members and friends,

We would like to announce that Metabolic Fitness Centre will officially stop operating business services @ Venue 53 Wattle Road, Maidstone on the 9th, October 2022. Unfortunately, the property is unable to continue to lease after 31st October 2022 due to realestate development purpose.

We would like express out sincere apology to all our loyal and committed members and friends for any inconveniences & disruption caused by the temporary closure.

MFC will continue to proactively provide training services in Maidstone at temporary rental PT Studio (TBA), Recreational Park and/or Home where applicable. We hope this temporary setback will end with an appropriate & much improved MFC venue in the New Year 2023.

MFC has been travelling rough roads since 2018 and we have made many transformations while continuing serving our own medicine of health and fitness to Maidstone and the public at large. We now have planted firmly foundation here at Maidstone and we are about to embark a new, exciting MFC journey in 2022.
Where We are today and where We will be going, all of which would not be possible without YOU (loyal , past and present members) who have committed themselves not only to work hard on their own transformation but also enjoy the journey together here with MFC. To this end, We woudl like to express our utmost gratitude as well as congratulation to all of our members without whom MFC would not be MFC today and in years to come here in MAIDSTONE.

To All MFC Members,

Weather Bureau forecast has announced heat wave of 41C degrees coming in the afternoon today. Please be advised all training sessions and classes after 12pm today will be rescheduled to another day . Centre will be closed for the rest of the day after 12pm. Stay cool and stay hydrated everyone.

As of today,
i. MFC Centre is now back in normal operating hours. ii. Kung Fu Classes resume normal time table MON, WED with an additional Friday at 4pm during last school holidays.

To all MFC members,

Due to yearly commitment of Taichi/Kung Fu intensive training workshop during the first week of JANUARY 2021- Monday 04/01 to Friday 08/01 in Burwood, The operating hours will be as follows:
Monday to Thursday : 6am - 12Noon,
and 7pm to 9pm.
Friday : 6am - 12 noon ONLY.

Kung Fu classes will be postponed this week and will resume normal class time table from Monday 11/01/2021.

Members returning to PT from holiday, we will be endeavour to contact you to schedule new time for this coming week.
