These 3 signs aren’t guesses — they’re backed by real research on metabolism and energy availability, not just gut feel.

Cold all the time, no energy for training, and the scale won’t budge even though you’re eating less? That’s not you failing. That’s what chronic undereating actually looks like — and it’s more common than you’d think, especially when “eating healthy” quietly turns into eating too little.

If this sounds familiar, comment PLAN and I’ll walk you through what “enough” actually looks like for you. 👇

R U OK? 🤍

Sometimes, a simple question can make a bigger difference than we realise.

Life can feel a little heavy sometimes. You might be having a difficult day, feeling overwhelmed, or simply not feeling like yourself — and you don’t always have to have the right words for it.

So this is your little reminder: you can always reach out to me.

Whether you need to talk, vent, ask for advice, or just have someone listen… my door is always open. You never have to feel like you’re “bothering” me or that what you’re going through isn’t important enough.

You can message me anytime. 🤍

Check in. Reach out. Talk.

You matter, and you don’t have to go through everything alone. 🌿

One week back from holiday, down 1.85kg.

Not going to pretend that’s all fat — some of it is travel bloat and water settling once real routine kicked back in. But the trend’s been consistently down, which is the number that matters.

Workouts happened entirely at home — no gym, no commute, no excuse. Started small on purpose: lighter weights to ease back in, building up through the week instead of going straight back to full intensity. If you’re a busy mum or just starting out, this is exactly why I train (and coach) this way — you don’t need a gym membership to see real progress, you need a plan that fits your actual life.

Food went back to basics: protein first, real meals, nothing dramatic.

And this month I’m doing a no added sugar challenge — not for the scale, but because at 51 and postmenopausal, that stubborn belly fat responds to blood sugar stability more than it does to cutting calories harder. Small, boring, consistent. That’s the whole strategy.

Want the exact home workout structure I use to build back up gradually? DM me ‘HOME’ and I’ll send it over.

Me time goes out the window. Looking after yourself goes out the window. And then you see a relative and they tell you you’ve put on — and now you’re insecure about a body that’s been doing everything for everyone.

I started and stopped for years. Every January, every birthday, every Monday.

Then I hit a point in my life where I had nothing left, and I decided to do one thing that was just mine. Twenty minutes. At home. Before anyone needed me.

The workout was never the hard part. Staying with it past week two was. That’s why I message my clients every single morning — so they don’t quietly stop the way I used to.

Forget the gym! Get your steps in, explore, take the stairs… and if you’re carrying a heavy bag, congratulations — you’ve unlocked weighted cardio! 😂💪👜

Currently carrying my daughter’s bag like it’s part of my holiday workout! 🤣

Sydney with my girl. ❤️

The Lion King, wandering around Sydney, catching up with friends I hadn’t seen in years, and most importantly… spending proper quality time together.

The arguing. The laughing. The little moments in between. 😂❤️

Wouldn’t trade these memories for anything. ✨

Sunday looks slow from the outside.

Coffee, church, family, lunch. And then at the end of it — every client’s week gets built. Workouts, check-ins, the small messages that keep someone going on a Wednesday when they don’t feel like it.

Three timezones. Every woman planned for.

That’s the part no one sees, and it’s the part that makes the difference.

DM me STRUCTURED if you want next week planned for you too.

The reason women stay stuck isn’t willpower.

It’s advice built for someone else’s schedule.

Eat less. Train more. Be more disciplined. None of that is coaching — it’s just handing the blame back to the woman who came to you for help.

If it hasn’t worked yet, the plan was wrong. Not you.

The hour you're waiting for isn't coming. It never was.

Twenty minutes, four times a week, done badly and consistently, will outperform the perfect plan you start every Monday and abandon by Thursday.

Comment 20 and I'll send you the circuit.
