3) Equipment.
1. Packing up nets and chewing gum. When packing up table tennis nets, please DON’T pull out the net from the clamper. It will significantly slow us down for setting up the next playing session, which means less playing time. Please simply fold it once and roll it up if you can. If you don’t know how to pack them up properly, please ask one of our friendly committee members to show you. Furthermore, please DON’T stick chewing gum underneath our tables. If we catch you, we will play the reverse-Uno card by tacking gum onto you!
2. We require an exchange of your identification card (or student card) to lend you our racquets. Racquet lending is free. We’ll give your card back to you after you have returned our equipment.
3. Orders. We occasionally order table tennis equipment in bulk from reputable table tennis suppliers and we can order it for you at special prices with up to 30% or more discount. Please stay tuned to announcements so you don’t miss out! Orders will be available for pick-up at MUTTC once they have arrived. Payment can be made in-person or via bank transfers.
