I'm really excited to bring my b***y camp to you guys :)) ,,,,so please come & try it & I promise you you won't be disapointed ,,, after all you have only one body that does amazing deeds for you ,, so show it some love look after it & in turn it will do what it s ment to do ,, which is keep you alive & healthy cos we all know the fitter & healthier you are life is so much more enjoyable ,,,,don't you agree ? ..see you soon !!! :)

You should be ,, & I'm saying this with the most sincere heart it will be so good for you ,,, & come summer ' you will look soooo good ,,, I'm not kidding :) ,,, ill show you how to work out to get the best results EVER """"" they will be 2 mornings / 2 evenings So you pick ,,,, have an awesome day guys ,,, & please gather some friends working out doors with a group is fun & you can push each other ,,,, that's what it's all about !!! ,,, b***y camp ' is here .

Hey guys ' ... So here's an update ,,,,I'm feeling generous so I'm running a free boot camp in a park near you ...so gather some friends & come sweat with me ! It should be fun . ,,, well I want to get as many of you out there ..let me show you how to train , so you can make a real difference to your body ,,, I'm good at what I do so join me ,, you won't be sorry !
And then each class will be $10 ,,, for a class that will combine cardio , body weight exercises ,,, abbs . , butt ,,, & legs ,,,you work at ur own level but I will push u so you get the best results possible ,,, no contracts , no fees ,, out in the open ,,now what could be better ? ,,,, so let e know where you are ,, remember the first camps free ,,, cheers guys ,,, Suzy !

Wow it's so cold ! ,,,,,spring where are you ? Lol ...ok so here's a little bit of info !
This summer it's all shorts & mini skirts & everything flowers , Fluor ,,,
And there's nothing better than wearing a air of jeans & looking in the mirror & smiling,,,, yes why cos they fit so well across your butt ,
So here's a mini butt & leg work out to make u check your self out one sat time in the mirror !
20 squats
20 back lunges ( 10. ) each leg ,
40 step ups (20) each leg .
20 leg lifts (10) each leg
20 dead lifts with weights in hands !
Now this will make you feel a little sore & sick ' but smile check ur self out in the mirror & do it 2 more times !
It should take you 30 mins ..4 days a week .
Then when spring comes along you will smile when ever u check ur self , belive me ... Now do it !
