Watching this game reminded me of something important:

Most teams don’t lose because they lack talent.

They lose because pressure exposes what’s happening between their ears.

The skills were there.
The fitness was there.
The game plan was there.

But when the moment got big, decision-making got rushed, communication disappeared and confidence turned into hesitation.

Mental performance isn’t about motivation.

It’s about staying clear, composed and able to execute when the pressure rises.

Because pressure doesn’t create weaknesses.

It reveals them.

After joining a football club as their mental performance coach, I noticed something almost immediately:
