Bobby Update:

Bobby (Pharlani) was gelded 4 days prior to this video. He is clearly recovering extremely well and does not act like he was just gelded. He will have a rest now and once he has recovered the next stage will be for him to be broken in.

So far so good, he is growing into a very nice thoroughbred and we look forward to the next stage of his development.

Bobby Update:
He is really coming into his own, he is looking magnificent and he had his height measured, 15.2 hands and he is estimated to reach 17 hands which is very tall.
He has a very athletic body, long legs and hopefully this helps him on the track.
So far so good, lots coming up in the next couple of months, stay tuned.

Popped in to see Pharlani today. He is now 15 months old and he is going great. He has spent the last 5 months in the paddock learning how to be a horse and he has now moved back into the stables to begin the first stage of his fitness regime.

He will start slowly on the walking machine and gradually build from there.

Volunteer Position – Video / Audio Creator / Editor

We are a small family owned organisation with only one up and coming yearling c**t named Pharlani and no employees.

We are looking for a volunteer who is interested in horse racing and has some skills in creating and editing content for social media and for the current owners.

This is an opportunity to gain real life experience that you can put on your CV, enhance your skills, and at the same time be involved in the exiting journey of a home bred race horse.

Time involved is limited, maybe monthly or it can be as much as you want it to be. We are open to any initiatives and ideas you have which may assist us with recording and editing content for our owners and for social media.

This will also involve attending race day when and if the time comes, but it will not be for another 12 months or so. We will provide tickets and cover all costs associated with attending race day.

Ideally the person is located in the Bendigo / Maldon or surrounding areas due to the horse being located and will be trained at Maldon.

We dropped into see Pharlani today and boy is he coming along extremely well. Growing every day, he always remembers us and we always pick up from where we left off. He is in great condition and there is lots to look forward to next year.
