He has dropped over 20kgs 😮

What you can do to keep your training fun!

👉🏻 going a group environment or get a training partner! We all know the sessions itself won’t dictate how enjoyable they are.
It’s the company and the vibe of the session and that’s why training with a mate or joint a group training gym is a great option

👉🏻 continually finding ways to challenge yourself will keep you motivated!
If you’re training gets stagnant and boring for you, you won’t stick at it

👉🏻 hire a coach and let them do the thinking for you on keeping it fun, i mean it’s their job too and if you hate pt or aren’t enjoying it you should either speak to your coach or look for another one

👉🏻 find an environment your comfortable in will allow you to feel at home and will keep you consistent if you love showing up to that environment

👉🏻 we pride ourselves at SEFS in our environment being enjoyable, our sessions being fun while working hard and getting results
