Once again we are so proud of Colene who represented Shoto Karate at the Shukokai Cup and achieved gold in her elites division. She performed a new and very advanced Kata that she just learned! Keep up the great work ‘Pocket Rocket’! Nationals here we come!

🥶🪣 Shoto Karate Big Freeze Fundraiser 🧊💙

📅 Tuesday 23 June
⏰ 5:50pm – 6:30pm

Join us at the dojo for our Big Freeze Ice Bucket Challenge as we raise money for FightMND.
This event is held in honour of Neale Daniher and his incredible work supporting people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

His courage, determination, and message of never giving up continue to inspire Australians everywhere. While MND remains incurable, together we can help support vital research and care for those affected.

🎯 Fundraising Goal: $300

What to bring:
• Towel
• Change of clothes
• Donation

Donation Options:
💧 $5 – Add extra ice
💧 $5 – Add extra water
🥶 $20 – Child participation (with parent consent)
👨‍👩‍👧 $30 – Nominate a family member
🥋 $50 – Nominate an instructor (excluding Sensei George)

‼️ Bonus Challenge! ‼️
If we reach our fundraising goal of $300, Sensei George will receive a full bucket of ice and water… or maybe even two! 🥶🧊

You can donate directly through our FightMND fundraising page. If nominating someone, please include their name in the donation description. Cash donations on the day are also welcome and will be added to our fundraising total.
