1st Rule:
Never buy a supplement that has a proprietary blend. If a product has a blend of supplements and does not state the amount of each individual ingredient, stay away. Do not waste your money, spend some time to research the product and buy your own individual products.

Example - if a product has a total of 12.6g of....
R-Beta Hydroxybutyrate
L-Taurine
L-Leucine
Etc
And never displays the amount. The 12.6g could be made of
0.1g R-Beta Hydroxybutyrate
7.5g L-Taurine
3g L-Leucine and
2g of the rest

And if you buy the product for the R-Beta Hydroxybutyrate so you can get into ketosis then you wasted your money. If you then test your blood ketones and they are low or non existent there's more proof.

Buy trusted products superstars and stay awesome.

The mind is powerful and sometimes makes you feel like the product is working.

Great morning training session with as he grinds to get back in shape before his big day. No better feeling both inside and out than having a decent session. Wasn’t a massive session but definitely got the heart rate up and the pleasant jog along the beach after followed by a dip, check out the equipment here if you can definitely a good place to train.

Hope you have all had an awesome day I know I am feeling great, training not only helps the body but also the mind. So keep pushing people chase your goals and we will see the results for Brad in 7 weeks when he is feeling great and looking the part as he watches his wife to be walk towards him. 👊🏼👊🏼💯❤️

So it’s been awhile between posts hasn’t it, life has gotten on the top of me and Carlo as we work our way through the trials of life, I have been consumed by various drama but managed to get a few workouts here and there more coming, but I got out on the river this weekend and did 12kms in a couple of days, not a rapid pace but it was refreshing. Get out there and enjoy the world around you, there is an environment surrounding you demanding to be used as your training ground 😜😜👊🏼

We aren’t gone people we just took a power nap 😂😂 and yes the first pic was only one way 😜 forgot to start the tracker.
