VMMNA community, we need your support 💙
Caleb Mountford from our U20s team is going through an incredibly tough time right now. His 13-year-old sister Evie was involved in a serious e-bike accident and is currently in ICU.
Evie, Caleb’s Sister, was hit by a car on April 13 and suffered critical injuries, including brain trauma and severe damage to her leg. She has undergone emergency surgery and remains in an induced coma, but is stable. She has a long road ahead with multiple surgeries to come.
Caleb’s mum, Manda, is a single parent raising three teenagers and is now by Evie’s side in Melbourne, unsure when she can return to work. We’re asking our community to rally around Caleb and his family during this incredibly difficult time.
