My one to one service takes a tailored approach including a nutritional review, goal setting and lots of lifestyle tips to help you look and feel great. As well as mobile and outdoor training sessions I also run classes for adults and children from Highett Community Centre.

Maybe you’re just getting started with fitness and not sure where to begin. Maybe you want help with technique, accountability, or a program that actually suits your body and fitness level.

If so, PT For Me could be exactly what you’re looking for 😊

Train in a small supportive group of no more than 5 people, while following a fitness program written specifically for you. You still get individual attention and coaching, but with the fun and community feel of training alongside others.

All for just $25 per session 😍

Sessions times are:
Monday 10.15am
Tuesday 6.15am
Wednesday 8am and 9.15am

I’ve been a qualified PT and running coach for 15 years and have extensive experience working with women in their 40s, 50s and beyond, seniors, chronic illness and rehabilitation clients.

My goal is simple. To help you feel stronger, fitter and more confident in a way that feels achievable and enjoyable. No intimidating gym vibes, no pressure to “keep up”, just supportive coaching, great people and plenty of encouragement along the way.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Massive congratulations to Deborah Holmes, founder of the Avalon Centre (the inspiration behind our annual fun run!)

Deb has been awarded the OAM for nearly 40 years of helping the most vulnerable in our society by providing clothing and bedding to the homeless, a drop in centre at her home in Malvern East, and housing 16 families through Avalon's Homes For The Homeless project. It's fair to say that helping others IS Deb's life and this recognition is do well deserved!
