This gym has the best setup in Melbourne for your warm up, cool down and recovery time. Nothing beats it.

No fancy tools such as massage guns, compression boots, ice bath and sauna therapy. Just clear open space to give you the freedom of putting the real work in. The hard yards. Everyone talks about training hard but who talks about recovering even harder?
Everyone will watch and read this and disagree but they’re the 99% that do these exact therapy’s this gym doesn’t have. And you still have injuries and niggles.

I’m here with Margaret who is a competitive bodybuilder. She currently can’t compete due to fracturing her navicular 😢 ❤️
Before that she had ruptured her Achilles on her other leg so everything we are focused on is going to build her mobility around these regions of her body and once she reaches my STANDARDS, she will have full stability in the ankles!! 💪👊👸

Come with me for an all conditions fartlek workout.

Swipe across to see how I warmed up inside to stay warm and keep blood flow throughout my body in the middle of the cold winter Melbourne has to offer. I was also staying dry while hearing the rain bucket down on the roof. Having a thorough warmup to a STANDARD keeps me pain and injury free year round to tackle the most treacherous workouts. Once I finished this 5min warmup inside I completed my warm up with a lap at DMack Reserve building my speeds before pumping out a fartlek session of 5x 1.2km laps.

Client Warren “RORY” is making good progress with his personalised mobility program 💪. He has not just had benefits in his lifestyle including freedom of movement and less pain but also with his golf game which he enjoys playing ⛳️.
So far he has made impressive gains with distance;
40+ metres with his driver and
30+ metres with his irons.
His swing now is a lot more powerful from before starting my program. I can see that he still has so much more potential to gain further distance with his golf swing.

As his mobility keeps progressing he is going to feel younger especially with injury setbacks he has already had.
