I just love hearing the successes from my clients!
I sought Tracies help regarding weight loss and dealing with extreme stress. With her guidance I worked out why I was sabotaging myself and easily achieved the weight I aimed for so that I could motor bike around the USA. I felt confident and in control. I wore clothes that I hadn’t worn for years. I even lost more weight while away!
On my return to work I had a terrible ongoing experience with a colleague-If it wasn’t for Tracies support and guidance I would not have coped. Now my mood and confidence is unshakable. I have greatly benefited from her insights, skills and abilities. I’ll always be grateful for everything she has helped me with. Lorraine D
