3195 Mordy Muscle went off yesterday hosting the - Meet Me at the Bar - CAPO Novice Competition. The Mordy Muscle Crew did a great job, the platform was run like clockwork. A big thank you to all the helpers on the day and in the lead up, an event like this cannot run without you. The Mordy Muscle lifters had a great day out, hitting PB’s on the day.
