Our health blog will cover a range of topics from training methods, nutrition and other health related issues. Rate a PT is also building a one stop health related business directory. This directory will contain businesses from all areas of the health industry. This directory will be here to provide value to both personal trainers and health conscious individuals. It will provide value by advertising businesses that have something to offer, this can be by offering a discount on a certain product or by offering individuals an opportunity to further their knowledge through a course. We will also for fun be choosing one PT of the week and one blog of the week. The blog post and PT will be featured on our website and social media!
