👀Want to grow your legs ?
➡️ If you’re struggling putting some size on your legs I have some tips that you can start implementing in order to get there.
1️⃣Eat more: if you want to make your lacking muscles grow, you got to be in a surplus, it doesn’t have to be a crazy bulking, but you have to eat in order to grow, perform better and recover properly from your workouts
2️⃣Train legs more: if you want bigger legs you have to train them more, once a week won’t make the trick unless you already have some size or your leg training day is really intense and high in volume, I would aim for at least 2 days one for push movements (quad dominant and another day for pull movements (hamstring dominant)
3️⃣Make sure you’re getting better at your exercises: either you’re lifting heavier, doing more repetitions or applying any other techniques like supersets - giant sets - pyramid sets, slow tempo reps... make sure you’re getting better and also make sure you’re checking and correcting your form constantly.
4️⃣Make sure your training the whole leg not just que quadriceps (front part of the leg): you will have to train hamstring, glutes, abductors and adductors, you have lots of muscles in your legs so make your giving some time to train all of them.
5️⃣Recover properly: make sure you’re taking the appropriate rest after each workout, make sure you’re stretching and also make sure you’re having good nights of sleep.
✅There’s are just some of the things that you can start trying in order to make your legs grow but of course it will take time so make these consistently for a few months and I know you will see a great difference in the size of your legs.
